Q: Can I wash the hats?
A: All of our hats are made from material that can be washed. Just treat them like you would a sweater. You can either hand wash with Woolite and cold water and let them air dry. Or, machine wash under the gentile cycle setting and put them in the hat in the drier using the low heat setting. We recommend washing the hats with a garment bag as this will keep the hat from tangling with your other clothes.
Q: What are the hats made of?
A: Most of the hats are made from 80% acrylic material and 20% wool. We have learned that using a small portion of wool will give the hats that warming feature and the capacity to bounce back to shape after washing.
Q: Which hats not contain wool? I am allergic!
A1: We have the Classy Closed-Top hats that are made from 100% acrylic material.
A2: We have the Summer Visors hats that are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
A3: All of the Fleece-lined Open-top hats and Fleece-lined Closed-top hats. The fleece-lining is made from 100% polyester material and creates a wonderful band of warmth and comfort. The fleece lining completely covers the inside of the hat.
Q: What material is the visor of the hat made of?
A: All of our hats have a plastic composite visor inserted inside. We wanted the hat to be cared for and the plastic visor allows you to shape the hat just like you would a baseball cap and allows you to wash the hat.

Q: Do you accept phone orders?
A: Yes. Actually we have a few customers who simply use the website to see the hats and then they call Jully directly by phone. She will take the order, work out the payment, and then mail the hats all on the same day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We have shipped our ponytail and beanie style hats overseas. The shipping times is not a guarantee and appropriate shipping charges will apply. During the checkout process, your shipping options and pricing will be available to you.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Typically orders are processed within one business day. Estimated shipping delivery time for standard processed orders from the United States Postal Service (USPS) is typically 3 - 6 days.
Q: What is your refund, return, or exchange policy?
A: We check each product by hand when we make the hats and when preparing the hats for shipping. We know that we have many repeat customers. It is through their assurance that we know the hats are of significant value and personal choice. Our policy is to exchange any hat that a customer feels did not meet their expectation.
